Born and raised in the suburbs of Vancouver, British Columbia, I have lived here my whole life other than a 2 year stint in Southern California where I served a mission for my church. During those formative 2 years, I had the opportunity to learn Spanish and to endure the desert heat as well as the odd scorpion. As an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (The Mormons), I have a deep interest in religious matters and will post my thoughts each week. I have strong opinions, but realize that religions cannot be proven so I will respect your opinion and beliefs, and kindly ask that you respect mine. Having said that, I love a good debate.

I was born in Richmond in 1968 and moved to Surrey in 1977. I lived in Burnaby while I attended University, then moved back to Surrey and eventually to Delta BC, which has been my residence for the past 20 years.
I earned degree in Political Science with a minor in History and Spanish from Simon Fraser University and currently work as an associate Broker for a property management firm. My specialty is strata management which, in other jurisdictions is known as condo management or home owner associations. I worked on my associate’s degree in music in piano from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, completing the performing and theory portions of the course but I got to busy to finish the history components. I compost all sorts of music that I will post on my page from time to time. My skills are in improve.

I married my lovely wife Kathleen in 1991 and we now have 5 wonderful children who give us so much joy.
I have always been an avid reader and take extensive notes in order to remember the material I study. These notes have lead me to have a large amount of information that makes for great blog fodder. This has brought me to today. There are few topics that bore me. I want to learn about everything from actinium to zirconium, astronomy to zoology, Amsterdam to Zaire. I also make it a habit of
reading the Supreme Court rulings from the British Columbia Supreme Court

each week, finding interesting stories about the real estate industry or other topics that peak my interest.

I hope you enjoy my ramblings. If you disagree with what I have to say, let me know. If you have suggestions for topics to consider pass them along.
